For aspiring bakers without the time to do it from scratch, Baking Agent have done the messy mixing bit for you and all you need to do is simply:
Defrost our products from the freezer.
Depending on the product, this will take between 30 – 90 minutes.
Roll the Baking Agent dough with a rolling pin and some flour. At this stage you can add your own ingredients to the dough such as chocolate chips or mixed fruits.
This will take no longer than 10 – 20 minutes (depending on your rolling pin skills!)
OR
Pipe the Baking Agent muffin mixture straight into your chosen muffin cases. This is very easy and will only take 10 minutes to do.
Bake your Baking Agent creation within 12 – 18 minutes. You are now ready to finish your bake work of art with some additional toppings or simply devour your hard work. The diet can start tomorrow!

Our products are suitable for vegetarians but unfortunately not for vegan diets.
500g Cookie Dough
Our cookie dough is an easy dough to roll and cut with cookie cutters into whatever shapes you like! We have added natural vanilla flavouring into the dough, so it gives you a sweet cookie dough to add whatever ingredients you like, such as chocolate chips, mixed fruits or leave the dough plain and dip your baked cookie in melted chocolate when its comes out of the oven.
Each Cookie pot will make 24 delicious cookies that are soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside.
390g Vanilla Flavour Muffin Mixture
We are quite excited about this product as its packaged very differently to any other home baking product on the UK market today. We have poured our muffin mixture into a disposable piping bag, so when you open the box, you simply defrost the mixture in the piping bag, then cut the ‘pointed end’ of the bag and pipe the mixture straight into your chosen size muffin cases. There is no washing up to do (apart from the muffin tin of course, but you can throw away the piping bag after you are finished!)
Each piping bag can make 6 delicious muffins for those who are hungry or 12 kiddie-sized fairy cakes or 24 mini muffins for those who just want to sample!
500g Scone Dough
Our butter flavoured scone dough, will make any afternoon tea a real treat. You can either leave your scones plain or be part of the group that prefers your scones to have fruit, either way, you have the option for both. This dough takes the longest to defrost at 90 minutes at room temperature, but has similar bake times to the other Baking Agent products.
Each Scone pot will make 8 scrumptious scones to be enjoyed with a heap of jam and cream.
